Seawind is proud to announce that Ingeborg Kuyvenhoven has joined Seawind Ocean Technology as Corporate Secretary & General Counsel.
Ingeborg studied law at the University of Leiden and Edinburgh. She started her career as an attorney in private practice in permitting, corporate law, and M&A and thereafter specialized in energy law.
Ingeborg has worked as attorney/ inhouse counsel for BP, TAQA and Petrobras and has worked in The Netherlands, UK, UAE, Iraq and Nigeria. Since starting her own legal consultancy in 2020 she has advised state participations on energy transition projects in The Netherlands and on Bonaire. Ingeborg was admitted to the London bar in 2008.
Ingeborg brings with her legal expertise, experience, and multicultural business background to the Seawind team. All key elements for Seawind´s progress in Europe and internationally. We warmly welcome Ingeborg onboard.
